Dr. Simone J. Simone, Ph.D.

Dr. Simone, a Clinical Psychologist, is the Clinical Director of Simone & Associates.   She conducts Mental Status and Competency Assessments, and also has specialized forensic training to assess an individual's competency to stand trial.

In the Mental Health arena, Dr. Simone performs PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS on individuals starting at age six.  Dr. Simone provides INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, including hypnosis as a selected treatment modality, specializing in adults with problems such as DEPRESSION and ANXIETY.  She also consults at hospitals and rehab facilities.   Dr. Simone has published in the area of mental health/ethics/law.



Julene Mayewski, LCSW

Julene Mayewski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.   She specializes in working with children and with adult survivors of child abuse.   She also provides THERAPY FOR CHILDREN with behavior problems, children who are hyperactive, and those who have academic problems.    She also helps patients to build self-esteem.

Julene does INDIVIDUAL and FAMILY THERAPY and conducts PARENTING CLASSES to help parents learn appropriate parenting skills.




Dr. Conrad Anderson, Ph.D, LCSW

Dr. Conrad Anderson is a psychotherapist licensed as a clinical social worker. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work from Tulane University and has been in practice for over fifteen years as an inpatient and outpatient therapist in both private practice and with the Veterans Affairs medical system.

Dr. Anderson's focus is working with diverse ADULT populations. His specialties are treatment of DEPRESSION, ANXIETY DISORDERS (including panic attacks and OCD), ADULT ADHD/ADD, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), SUBSTANCE ABUSE, and MARRIAGE AND FAMILY COUNSELING. Dr. Anderson also provides stress management training, assertiveness training, life skills development, domestic violence treatment and prevention, and anger management skills.




John Kneeland, MS, MSW, LCSW

John M. Kneeland has been a practicing psychotherapist and counselor for over 25 years. He offers both conventional and unique apppoaches to personal growth for individuals, families, and groups who want to explore and enhance their positive feelings, thoughts and behaviors. John understands that depression, anger, anxiety and/or substance issues can destroy an enormous amount of energy which otherwise could be used for a healthy and productive life.

John has 28 years of experience as a New York State Psychologist 11, with twelve years as the Forensic Clinical Co-ordinator for the Special Housing Unit in the oldest maxium security prison in the United States. In 1984 he earned his second graduate degree in Clinical Social Work.

He also has over 25 years of private practice experience as a therapist for individuals, families, and groups using Character Analysis, Behavioral, Cognitive, and Creative Movement as tools to open, explore and change negative feelings, and behaviors which block mindful self-actualization.

John was elected to two four-year terms as a Town Justice in New York State prior to moving to Mississippi. He has been married for 25 years and is the proud father of three children, the youngest of whom is an honor student in a local high school.

John is accepting new clients who are ready for and wanting a better tomorrow.




Lou Anna Claveau, LPC

Lou Anna Claveau, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has extensive experience working with adults and adolescents with depression and addictions.  She provides counseling for victims of domestic violence, and teaches COPING and LIFE MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
